One of my “new year, new project” for 2020 was to retake my “SEO Tips” newsletter rebranding it to “#SEOFOMO” -which sometimes is mistaken to be #SEOMOFO.. which is completely understandable, I must say, sometimes I do it too ;)-, to send it every week by compiling the best resources and most prominent SEO and digital marketing related news, with the goal to achieve the 10,000 subscribers at the end of 2020.

In such an event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes.
10. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF The Kingdom of Spain, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Spain having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
