Twitterati Love: The Twitter reference list of resourcesI am hooked on Twitter. With its simple and agile concept, Twitter allows its users to reply to the question What are you doing? in 140 characters from the Twitter website, through SMS, IM and even third-party applications, -creating the microblogging concept- empowering the interaction among the community by enabling its users to “follow” their contacts “updates”.

Twitter provides a great way to share not only your “status” or ideas but to communicate with friends, network with contacts, promote your business, services or products through the Twitter platform or in any other website as they have released an API that has allowed web developers to extend Twitter by integrating new functionalities, developing mashups and coding plug-ins.

The origin of Twitter is also very interesting: It was created by Odeo and used internally in the company. Odeo and Twitter were then acquired by Obvious that after experiencing the high Twitter success, decided to sell Odeo -that used to be its main product- to concentrate on Twitter.

Yes, I am a Twitter fan and this is my Twitteratti Love reference list for Twitter newcomers:

Are there additional Twitter resources that could be interesting to include in this list?
